Williams & Associates Plus One's clients are our top priority and we offer a full range of high quality maintenance, commercial and industrial janitorial services to meet the needs of our customers in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties, and also some areas of Northern California.
PROVIDING QUALITY
All services performed will be subject to inspection and acceptance by your quality control.
Any Services which do not meet the specifications or terms of Agreement shall be promptly corrected by Contractor upon receipt of written notice of nonconforming Services. All such Services shall be corrected in a timely manner and that which has been agreed upon by both parties.
Contractor shall maintain complete and accurate records in a form in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices, to substantiate Contractor charges.
The Custodians and Supervisors assigned to each facility is well trained and will continue to receive training as new tools become available in our field of providing janitorial services. The Supervisors' jobs are to inspect the facilities and work with the custodians should they need in their daily duties.
A Manager will also be assigned to the facilities to oversee personnel and maintain the overall tasks of ensuring the facilities are maintained as outlined in the specifications. All personnel will have access to a staff member twenty-four hours a day. The Custodians will be required to call in at the beginning and ending of their shift. A cell phone will be required and provided for those who do not have one. This requirement also serves as a safety factor in ensuring that the Custodians have arrived and left safely upon the completion of their tasks.
A folder will be kept at each facility documenting all assignments and the date of completion. A janitorial check list will be filled out daily and turned into the office staff monthly, which will assist in answering any questions as to whether a task was completed. This will also serve as a check and balance for your company and our staff.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
FLOORS - Floors and baseboards will be free of dirt, debris, removable stains, film, traffic marks.
CARPET - Carpet will be free of dirt, dust, lint, stain or foreign matter. Spot cleaning and vacuuming.
FURNITURE - Surfaces will have a uniformly clean appearance, free of deposits, streaks, film and removable stains.
WALLS/DOORS & PARTITIONS - Surfaces, accessories, decoration and hardware will have a uniformly clean appearance free of dirt, stains, streaks, spots, lint and cleaning marks.
FIXTURES - Fixtures will be clean and sanitized, free of odor, dirt, marks and foreign residue.
MATS - Mats will be free of dirt, dust, lint or other foreign matter. Walk-off mats will not have an oil type treatment.
LIGHTS - All fixtures including bulbs and tubes will be free of insects, dirt, dust, film and streaks.
WASTE - Containers and waste areas will be free of debris, dirt, ashes and odor.
DUST/VACUUM - There will be no accumulation of dust on any exposed surfaces.
BLINDS/DRAPES - Surface will be free from dust, dirt, marks and stains.
WATER FOUNTAINS - All surfaces will be streak, film and spots free.
EXTERIOR - Immediate entrances will be free of dirt and debris.
SUPPLIES - All supplies, materials and equipment will be used and stored in a safe and professional manner.
COMMODES/URINALS - Toilet fixtures will be maintained in a sanitized condition free of stains. Piping, toilet and urinal partitions will be free of rust spots and water marks.
JANITOR CLOSETS/DESIGNATED STORAGE AREAS - Areas will be kept neat and clean and odor free at all times. Products will be properly labeled and stored in accordance with all laws and CSU safety regulations.
CAFETERIAS AND EATING AREAS - Table tops, chairs, all metal surfaces, counter tops, sinks, cupboards and equipment will be cleaned.
Stove, hoods, refrigerators and microwaves in the common areas will be thoroughly cleaned. Trash receptacles emptied, liners replaced, cleaned and disinfected.
REFUSE CONTAINERS AND ASHTRAYS - Will be emptied of all trash and smoking material and cleaned. Trash liners and/or ashtray sand will be replenished as appropriate.
Special attention will be given to those areas specified in the Agreement.
